Access arrangements, work areas, sequence and schedule are coordinated.

Airside readiness

Building enclosure and relevant air paths are in the condition needed for the planned test.
Equipment startup is complete; specified clean filters are installed and systems are ready to operate safely.
Dampers, terminals and measurement locations are accessible.
Controls setup, required support and steady operating conditions are coordinated.

Hydronic readiness

Applicable system tests, flushing, filling, treatment and venting are complete and documented.
Strainers are clean and the specified screens are installed.
Pump, valve, coil and fluid information is available for the intended measurement method.
Balancing devices and test connections are accessible, and the required controls and system conditions are established.

Handoff and corrections

Unresolved readiness issues identify the location, responsible party and required follow-up.
Corrections are confirmed through the project’s agreed communication process.
Test restrictions or missing information are carried into the relevant TAB records and report summary.
